2) While the word “bilingual” is used throughout the entire website,
this system allows individuals to register as many languages as the individual is
fluent in, and able of providing help/support to an organization.

the knowledge of a foreign language that may benefit from being included in this
searchable data base? Please share this website with them.
The conceptual design of this searchable data base took into account that the actual
people doing the search activities had a language target in mind when visiting this
website.
